Ingredients
¾cupwater
¾cupdistilled white vinegar
3tablespoonswhite sugar
1tablespoonkosher salt
1clovegarliccrushed
½teaspoonoregano
10large jalapeno pepperssliced into rings
Instructions
Combine water, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, garlic, and oregano in a saucepan over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stir in jalapeno peppers and remove from heat. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes.
