During the winter months, I grab Ruby Red Grapefruits as soon as I can spot them. This particular grapefruit is so sweet, and is perfect as a frozen dessert sorbet. It‘s so light and refreshing.
TASTING NOTES: Unlike yellow grapefruits, the juice is super sweet. Adding the grenadine gives a beautiful pink color to the sorbet. It’s a light and refreshing “palate cleanser” as a perfect dessert finish to a meal.
